Profiles
In the business unit profiles we can quickly implement our customers’ wishes depending upon their needs thanks to CAD and our own toolmaking. Plastic profiles and specialty tubes are employed in various industry applications. We define the suitable raw material with our suppliers. In this process various polyolefines and technical plastics are used (PP, PE, PB, PS, PMMA,PPE, PC, ABS, SAN, PA6, PA66, PA610, PA12, PVC, WPC, TPU, TPE, PVDF).

Depending upon the application-specific requirements we also use compounds with filler material, for instance to improve the anti-friction properties or for UV stabilisation. Glass fibre reinforcement increases the stability of the product, if required. Another speciality of ours is the processing of Fibrex™ material (wood, plastic, composite) for technically demanding profiles, for instance in the field of window manufacturing.
