Semadeni presents CircularLine - the first laboratory bottles made of sustainable PE-LD with over 30% recycled content from renewable raw materials. They are a resource-saving alternative and the first laboratory bottles to come from the circular economy. Instead of fossil materials, renewable hydrocarbons are used to a significant extent. This recycled-biobased content of over 30% comes from 80% waste products from food production and 20% from vegetable oils (biobased).

Thanks to chemical recycling, the raw material has the same physical properties as conventional PE-LD. CircularLine therefore has no limitations in terms of resistance, approval, application or service life. The narrow- and wide-necked bottles are available in four sizes and with various popular tops. Further information on the CircularLine can be found at www.semadeni.com/circularline.

In addition to standard products, Semadeni is also the contact for customized products made of plastic, especially other recyclates such as rPP, rPE, rPET and Ocean Plastic. In two of its own plants, the Semadeni Group manufactures plastic products using injection molding, blow molding and manual plastic processing.
